Hi here is my review on our recent purchase of a unit situated on Bribie Island at Bellara. Knobel and Davis Real Estate were overseeing the sale of the property. I would like to give my review on the most wonderful agent Keith Wilkins. We were lucky to find out about this unit after talking to Keith about another property. We found him to be an excellent real estate agent. He is friendly and cheerful and works hard. He is in the game for fabulous results for all parties either with sales or purchase. Keith displays a very professional manner. He is very patient and has a great skill in being able to explain matters, should they be complicated, in simple to understand terms. He kept us informed throughout the whole process of purchasing with relevant information and updates. Keith has great organisational skills. He also offered us extra assistance by often giving us great advice on unrelated matters. Keith has a solid and lengthy background in successful real estate sales. He has a complete understanding that the selling and purchasing process can be emotional and stressful for home or unit buyers/sellers/renters. Because Keith has a very calm and reliable manner any apprehensions one may have about selling or purchasing are soon dispelled. We thoroughly recommend Keith and the Knobel and Davis Real Estate for their ongoing successful sales and expertise in the real estate market. Keith made the whole process simple, as it should be. He was friendly, alert and interested but not too pushy. He kept me up to date on the whole process, without bombarding me. Keith went above and beyond by remembering that I hoped for an earlier settlement date (which happened). He also delivered the house keys personally, at his suggestion, to help me out. An easy going guy who knows his business. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I bought our first house with Keith. We are still very young and were a little uneasy about the whole situation and indecisive about which house to choose. We looked at a house with a different agent before looking at our current house with Keith. He was adamant for us to choose the house we felt comfortable with and went above and beyond even when it wasn’t looking like he would be making any commission. I think it truly speaks to his character that he is willing to help anyone and everyone regardless of whether it benefits him or not. Keith Williams is the most helpful and honest down to Earth straight down the line guy iv ever meet in a sales job. Nothing is a problem and always happy to help where every he can.
