I have to say Brad and Kollosche team are the best real estate agent I have deal with in Gold Coast. They are full of experience and integrity. Communication was easy and transparent throughout the process. Brad is reliable and friendly with exceptional service, and his attention to detail was second to none. His performance went above and beyond during the campaign, it’s more than what we expected. The team arranged VIP open night before the house launched to the market at their own marketing cost. Due to inconvenience, we only let him to do open home once a week. Brad listened to our needs and provided us feedback after every open home. Brad worked really hard to achieve our objectives,he’s like 7/24 standby. We keep in touch on daily base as he always kept the lines of communication open and never too busy to take your call. He kept us updated information in related similar house in the area. With diligent working attitude and precise prespective to the market, Brad and Claire provided us a satisfied contract after second open home. There was a similar house with same builder has sold 2 months ago. Definitely We got the higher amount compared with that. As the settlement terms were so much responsible for both buyer and us. Brad assisted with the buyer went through and finalised all the details, so all parties involved got the most desired outcome. There are not many agents that would go above and beyond like Brad.
