My Property buying experience in Coomera - QLD was absolutely perfect and flowless. I live in NSW and wanted to buy this property in Coomera QLD. Interesting times and I never got the chance to physically visit, inspect and make the buying decision. So I badly wanted a great agent. Then I met Eloise and she gave me the honest advice on the property, prospects and the buying price, which I've never ever experienced with any other agent before. Never once did her answers changed. She guided me through the whole process step by step. She really was always available on the phone even during her leave and holidays. Lara from the outset was so professional . Her experience and product knowledge was second to none. Lara communicated well with the tenant and bought out the best in our property and marketing it accordingly . In the end she broke all records for a 1 bedroom apartment in Brisbane smashing previous sales results . Other agents quoted what they thought it was worth and by going with Lara we were at least $70,000 better off on what other agents thought it was worth. I truly would have no problems referring Lara and LMP Property Group .
