We recently sold our vacant land in Canungra that fell into a niche market, it presented some challenges as it involved engineering and earthworks. The average turn around to sell with neighbouring lots was around 8 - 12 months, Eloise was very hands on, advertising and marketing was to the highest of standards that attracted a lot of attention quickly.
