John was great to work with, especially during what was a very difficult time for the family. He was easy going with none of the superficial pretence sometimes found in real estate. His communication was outstanding, providing daily updates via phone, plus written reports 1-2 times per week. He also respected the family’s requests for Covid safe practices, including mask wearing. The final sale price was far in excess of what other agents had quoted, and a good result during Covid uncertainty
