From the time we told John we were looking to buy till the time we found a place we knew we were in the best possible hands. We got to a point that if we ever heard the words 'don't worry something will turn up', we would have snapped. But again John was there guiding us every steep of the way. We were (or one of us was) the pickiest, purchaser imaginable. Not easily pleased. Throughout the process John was amazing, any other agent would have given up on us. John always gave us his time.
