Genuine and generous!
We wanted an agent that would fight hard for our best interests, but also provide a fair process for both buyer and seller. We did not want a "yes" person - we wanted someone who would realistically set our expectations and help us position ourselves for the best possible outcome. Cue Martine! She did all of the above, as well as advising on strategy, design and presentation, and being completely available for all questions (and panics!) at all times. We had to coordinate a buy-sell situation and with Martine's help, are now in our dream home with some money in our pockets. The perfect outcome. Thank you Martine!

Amazing agent!
John is by far the best agent I have ever had to deal with. I looked at one of his listings whilst getting ready to sell my own property & was so impressed with his attitude that I had to list with him. His honesty, knowledge & professionalism is second to none. Most of all he is down to earth & realistic. His communication was spot on, I never once had to chase him for anything. Could not have asked for a better agent
Selling a house is stressful. Nobody denies that. What they don't tell you is that having an amazing agent like Martine will ease your stress and make buying and selling your home stress free. Martine was always available. She answered questions with ease and professionalism and made sure we never felt like a burden.
