I recently purchased a property through Georgie O'Meara at KORE Property Group. My husband and I were so happy with her approach, professionalism and knowledge that we decided to use her 2 weeks later to sell our home. As a purchaser Georgie was friendly, open and honest. During the process there were a few roadblocks (bank!) but Georgie acted quickly and efficiently working with us and the vendor to make sure the issues were resolved. As a seller we found Georgie incredibly knowledgeable of the auction process and the local market. Georgie's communication skills were exemplary, calling when she said she would, holding conference calls when my husband was away and following up with all groups that came through our property. The photographer, floor planner and auctioneer used were all fantastic as were the other agents at KORE, all of which took the time to look through our property so they could assist with any questions should Georgie be unavailable. All in all I would highly recommended Georgie and KORE Property Group for any real estate needs.

John was very confident of what the property was worth according to the current market and unfortunately for me the buyer, I ended up paying the market value. I'm sure the vendor was happy with the price they got, and I was happy with the price I paid, as I know it was pretty much on the money. John was very open and honest with the negotiations and was very easy to deal with. He was very available whenever I needed to discuss things. If I end up outgrowing this home and need to sell it in another 10 years time, I will definitely be looking to get John to sell it for me.
