I would highly recommend James and the team at KPR. Flat rate sale with everything included and no money spent in case it doesn't sell was what attracted me to KPR in the first place. I had done some research into other agents and value for money it didn't get better than KPR from what I found. We were so happy with their service that we've just sold a second apartment with them. First up James sold my apartment in Mount Lawley in early 2021. He helped me navigate a sale during a complex time. I needed to renovate my apartment to get it ready for sale, while having a tenant in the property and trying to understand COVID-19 restrictions regarding tenancy. For all of which James suggested the best course of action. We listed the property in late November 2020 and the property had a lot of people through looking, but no offers at first. Christmas may have had something to do with it and it was a property with an unusual layout. However, James didn't give up on us and tried multiple different approaches to find the right one. Eventually we had a low-ball offer which James advised against taking (which after months of no sale and being a fixed fee agent he very well could have taken the commission and been done with it). I'm grateful I didn't take that first offer, as the week after that we had three offers in quick succession, eventually selling for $10k over the initial advertised asking price and $20k higher than the initial low-ball offer. The second property we sold with KPR was under offer within 24 hours for cash and over the asking price, couldn't ask for more!
