The best agent!
Kim walked through our property and knew exactly what need to be remodeled and what didn't, for us to achieve top dollar. She was spot on with where the market was at and sold within 2hrs of listing. Kim's expert advise achieved an extra 20% on sales price for us and we knew from the start what we needed to do to achieve our final sales price.
