Adam provided a sound marketing plan and realistic expectation of price to achieve a sale. We were kept well informed of viewings of the property and prospective buyer feedback. Following property passing in at auction, Adam proactively approached all interested parties and was able to achieve a sale within a week after the auction and achieved the price expectations that we had. Overall the service and communication was excellent.
