After contacting another agent to sell my home and she did not turn up, I contacted Simon to come over from Kyogle to have a look and devise a plan to sell. Simon turned up on time and we set our plan in place. It was over the Christmas break and within 4 days he had a client who was interested enough to put in an offer and a week later we had all settled on a price and the deal was done. Simon was a pleasure to deal with at a time of stress to both parties. I wish him well.

Simon went above and beyond as a Real Estate Agent to help me purchase the house I wanted. His knowledge of the Kyogle area is outstanding and was very helpful with information regarding the property. Simon's helpful and friendly nature was the sole reason in picking him and the Real Estate agent as my choice. He showed me several houses for sale in my price range so I knew what money for value I could receive. It was a easy decision once I saw the house that this was the one and Simon could see this straight away. The process as far as communicating back and forth between the Owner's, himself and back to me to seal the deal was very easy.
