We purchased a property in Somerville of which Jo was the selling agent. We had a very good buying experience with Jo. Jo was very quick to return information and answers to any of our questions. Jo was friendly and professional to deal with. And she was happy to meet us at whatever times we could get to the property, always outside of office hours and once on a public holiday.
