Listening and Caring agent

I will definitely use Mel, the next time I purchase, in Noosaville. I met Melanie who listened to all my requests, on a Saturday afternoon. Monday I was at the apartments open house (as it had been rented till the Monday morning). I decided to buy the apartment then, Tuesday Mel suggested what I would need to offer to have the place taken off the market. My offer accepted Tuesday night, I paid the deposit Wednesday morning. Too easy.

Excellent

Christopher for me dealt firstly with my daughter and son inlaw. They were looking for an apartment they thought would be appropriate for me. I rang Christopher and explained my situation he kept me informed of the interest pre auction. I explained I wanted to purchase before auction as I would be in Sydney during the auction. Once arriving in Noosaville I met Melanie who also understood about my sale preferences. I was shown over the apartment, and an offer put in and accepted 😀

Wonderful result from Melanie Butcher at Laguna Real Estate

After consulting with 3 different agents for the sale of our 3 bedroom apartment on Gympie Terrace Noosaville, we decided to go with Melanie Butcher from Laguna Real Estate. Melanie gave us a realistic appraisal of our property, along with a detailed campaign strategy, culminating with an Auction on 30 September. Melanie attended all of the open days of which there were many, and regularly kept in touch with us to report on progress. I the end our apartment sold a few days before the auction for a figure well over what we were expecting, a great result we were thrilled. I think this result was in no small part due to Melanie's experience and negotiation skills with potential buyers. I highly recommend Melanie. The whole experience went very smoothly and we were delighted with the result.

Excellent work by Chris

We listed our apartment on Gympie Terrace, Noosaville with Laguna Real Estate, with an Auction date set for 30/9/23. Chris who works at Laguna was very enthusiastic and professional, he was at the apartment showing potential buyers through at every opportunity, while working with the site manager to avoid inspection times when tenants were there. This was done very professionally and we many groups through prior to sale. The Apartment ended up selling before auction with a result well beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Chris as he made that extra effort needed to achieve a great result
