RIDING ON A WAVE OF SUCCESS! You don’t meet too many surfers who aren’t passionate about what they do. Warren’s love of surfing stretches back to the 1960s and the draw of Noosa’s waves was a major reason behind his move to the area in 1981. By then he had already established a real estate career in Lower Plenty, Melbourne, but after numerous happy camping holidays in Noosa; Warren and wife Gail headed north with their two children Jae and Clinton to settle, surf and start their own business. Warren has been a well-known face in Noosa/Tewantin real estate for more than 28 years. He's been successful too – receiving numerous awards along the way, including the Queensland Sales Office of the Year three times in a row when his agencies were part of the Nationwide Realty Franchise Group. Anne has been involved in the property industry for almost 20 years. After completing her Bachelor of Economics, Anne was a secondary teacher for several years, before beginning as a new homes sales consultant with the Dennis Family Corporation, Victoria’s largest private property developer. She consistently achieved national, state and regional awards for her sales figures and for her industry knowledge, including the prestigious Dennis Family Travel Scholarship to study sales, marketing, and business management in the property industry in the U.S.A. Anne was also responsible for training the company’s sales consultants throughout Victoria and Southern NSW. Anne moved with her family to the Sunshine Coast over 10 years ago, and worked as a sales consultant with Laguna Real Estate, before returning to the new home industry. She was employed for 7 years as the Sales Manager of P. J. Burns Builder, one of the Coast’s largest local builders. Her role included working closely with her sales team, with property developers, architects land sales agents, and with clients choosing new off the plan or custom-designed homes.
