Lachie and Bella worked hard in the process of selling the house. They knew the market well and the price we got was at the high end of reasonable expectations. The sale campaign was in two phases due to difficult personal circumstances but they were patient and I am happy with the result they negotiated. They were professional to deal with, returning calls or messages quickly. Overall, very happy to have dealt with Lachie, and Bella and the rest of the team.

Our journey with Lachie was excellent. As first time sellers Lachie met us personally and explained general market trends followed by demonstrating a thorough appreciation of how our home fit into the market. He gave us several options for progressing to sale as well as his personal, professional opinion without pushing us. He grasped our situation and desires quickly and tailored the timing to suit us and optimise our exposure. It was probably this blend of professionalism and social nous that got us a prompt and desirable outcome. Lachie's team were all engaged with our sale and as the vendor it was encouraging to see all the agents work together by recommending known potential purchasers (which would be encouraging as a purchaser too!).
