At the start of my selling process, I was genuinely concerned that my townhouse would not sell for a realistic price because Armidale has very few townhouses and two of my three adjoining townhouses have never sold in 10+ years and it took 5+ years to sell the third (though all three have been rented for a good rental throughout those 10+ years).
