I have worked with George Arrage for the past five years, during which he has been managing my rental property with great professionalism and care. Whenever an issue arises, George is always the first to get in touch, keeping me informed and involved every step of the way. He is diligent, responsible, and incredibly patient — even going out of his way to arrange inspections outside of regular work hours to accommodate different clients. His dedication and work ethic have given me peace of mind as a property owner. Most recently, I made the decision to sell my property, and George once again provided professional advice and warm support throughout the process. He even took potential buyers through the property after hours, going above and beyond to help make the sale a success. I am extremely satisfied with the service George has provided and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and committed property manager or real estate agent.

Lives up to reviews!
I connected with George due in large part to his reviews. He certainly lived up to them! George works hard. That’s an asset to anyone he is doing this work for, though I came to realise that for him it didn’t feel like work. He was fulfilling personal passions. For property, though also people and places. He was very personable to work with, being upfront and saying it straight in a very professional manner. Along with prompt and diligent and always the strongest link in attending to details. The other reason I chose to work with George was his specific results in Campsie and experience with similar property. I soon also discovered his wealth of knowledge of Campsie, fed by historical experience, deep affinity and an overall passion for the area. I could not be happier with my experience and the results delivered, thank you George.

I knew David about 10 years ago. It's an amazing experience working with David to be my managing agent and eventually helped me sell my apartment. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He provided clear guidance on pricing, marketing, and staging, and even helped sourcing good suppliers for the renovation, always provided at least 2-3 quotes to choose.
