I would highly recommend Chris as an agent. He is pleasant and has an excellent personality. He gives 200 percent of himself to his clients. I never thought selling a home could be so easy and stress free. I credit this to his extreme competence. I have been using Laing and Simmons Chris to manage my property at Penshurst and they also conducted the sale of the property. Throughout my dealing with them he have been totally professional and have taken absolute care of my investment ensuring that any minor or major repairs required were brought to my attention and given the opportunity to rectify any issues. The sale of the property was carried out professionally. I would recommend Chris and Laing and Simmons anytime. We would be using his services again.

Chris provided a brilliant service for us in the sale of our properties. His presentation, communication and resources were always to the highest standard. We viewed a block of land on line on a Saturday morning. Chris was the contact. We rang and left a message. A very short time later Chris contacted and we agreed to meet at the land at 2pm that day. Not an issue for Chris. He arrived just before 2pm and we made an offer. He very quickly contacted the owner who made a counter offer which we accepted. All over in one day. Chris did all the running around for us. He came to our home for us to sign the contracts. This was a very strong point of his customer service. We had great communication throughout the deal and we both knew what stage the sale was up to, not only from a purchasers end but also the vendor. Communication is a very important aspect of any dealings. We cannot praise Chris enough for his effort, communication and customer service. He or his office also had the grass/weed mown down. This was part of his excellent customer service. We didn't expect that and we were blown away, If triple A was the highest rating someone could receive, it would be Chris. If not higher

Chris was wonderful to work with when selling my Mum's home. As I was living some distance away, all our communication was by either phone or email. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he kept me constantly updated after every viewing or communication with potential buyers. His efforts and dedication to the sale was much appreciated. A wonderful agent.
