My tenant at Miranda provided notice, and Laing & Simmons quickly secured a new tenant who moved in with minimal vacancy. It was a smooth and seamless transition for all parties involved.

I recently leased an apartment using Laing + Simmons Miranda branch. The whole process went very smooth thanks to one of their wonderful agent Natalia Asplet. As an expat and a stranger to the process in Australia, I was worried that things may not go my way. But, Natalia made the whole process so smooth and easy for me. She was very patient when explaining every detail and made sure that my move was stress free. I’d highly recommend Laing + Simmons for your next move.
