I have a great Property Manager - Lisa at Laing & Simmons Miranda. She manages 2 of my properties. In fact, I would let her/them manage all my properties, but some of them are interstate. I have been with Laing & Simmons since 2010, so that says something in itself that I have been with them for so long. They have been great with selecting suitable tenants over the years. Giving guidance on appropriate rent & helping out with reno's. They communicate well. Always replying promptly to phone calls & emails. I also find their routine inspections very thorough, especially the exit inspection. Never a problem with receiving my rental payments. I have no problem recommending them to other landlords.
