Sold property
My partner and I have been in contact with Michael and the Laing and Simmons team for close to 10 years. We have repeatedly rented our place our through them and when it came time to sell, it was a no brainer that we would use them. The whole process was seamless. I'm an absolute pain to deal with and his patience to deal with my enquiries after hours always exceeded my expectations. Friendly and experienced agent

Selling my property

Attentive, reliable and genuine
We were selling in a changing market and Peter acknowledged that in his appraisal. He was always on hand to answer our questions and kept us up to date with interest in the property. Expectations exceeded.
I met Peter, Michelle and the team 5 years ago. I was renovating my self managed investment property, they were selling a property in the same complex. The timing was perfect to hand my investment over to their care. With seamless tenant replacements I was able to focus on life and let my investment grow. When the time came to sell I was confident Peter could firstly walk me through the process but also secure a record sale similar to the property he was selling when I met the team. Pleasure to deal with during our purchase
