My experience with Michael was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, you don't feel rushed into making a decision and I felt he makes time for you. As it was my first time selling a property, I wasn't sure what to expect however Michael explained everything in detail from the beginning until settlement and was always touching base throughout the process. I highly recommend using him if you are looking to sell your property!

Having used Simmons + Laing Miranda to find me tenants for my rental properties, I didn't hesitate in using them as my agents to sell my rental property. Peter and Jordan sold the property after 2 Saturday open houses. We were pleased with the way the Sale was handled a the price they achieved. I would recommend Laing & Simmons to anyone needing a Real Estate Agent.

Michael was extremely professional and diligent in a recent purchase of a property he was marketing. He negotiated a successful outcome for myself and the seller where I felt happy with the results. Happy to recommend him.

Jordan was the best possible REA we could have dealt with during our property search. Kind, knowledgeable, responsive, patient and most importantly, honest! At no point did we ever feel pressured or rushed into making a decision, and were left to run our own race. It was a very refreshing experience, having been on the receiving end of the usual REA tactics from other agencies in the area. As first time buyers, there was a lot about the process we didn’t know. Jordan really took the time to understand our situation and needs, and explain everything in a way we could easily understand. The end result was a very happy pair of first time buyers and we can’t wait to move into our new home! So, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, Jordan is your man, and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
