From the first time speaking to Basel on the phone, during my initial search looking for an agent to represent me in selling my property, I found Basel to be very informative, knowledgeable, easy to talk too building a great rapport. I did speak to a number of agents in the area and none offered me what I wanted in an agent, which Basel was happy to accommodate as a matter of course, from managing, engaging and overseeing projects and trades people. I have dealt with four other agents with varying skills and strengths in other regions in NSW & QLD over the past two years selling properties. In preparing the property, Basel was second to none, very organised in scheduling required works in a timely manner. Basel was always contactable and easy to work with. Marketing was great, with a record number of viewing on first open house of 26 that I know of, in which he secured a buyer from a number of applicants, offering me updates and advice during the process.
