The property was listed as available 13th May. I entered into the tenancy on the 15th May. The property wasn't clean, had mold thought, dishwasher broken. I was told that in NSW available didn't mean ready for tenancy, it just meant vacant. I had to arrange cleaning, over a month later - the dishwasher still hasn't been replaced and I haven't heard back regarding various repairs they insurance company was meant to have completed 2-3 weeks after moving in. I'll be looking at legal action. Awful.

The agent did very professional job for us to find the new tenants. Property manager Ms. Kylie Meier helped us a lot of things for the pre and post renting. She has set up a very good communication between us and tenants to fix some issues such as carpet cleaning, gardening, plumbing etc.
