Lachie's understanding of the market was phenomenal, he and his team were professional, committed and their communication was constant. They kept me up-to-date throughout the process and I had no doubt that they would sell to the right person. It was a great, positive experience! I am so glad we sold through Lachie and the team. They were open, authentic, honest, fair. They are second to none! Lachie and the team are the absolute best in Armidale!

Daniel made the process of selling our property fast and painless. He has an exceptional knowledge of the market and kept us up to date every step of the way. Offering second to none advice. It was great having him in our corner as we live a long distance away, which we thought would make the process difficult. He ensured it wasn't. He went above and beyond in every regard. The whole team were amazing. Highly highly recommended.

Frazer acted quickly to have our house photographed, advertised and inspected. He was consistent and clear with his communication and took a lot of the stress out of the sale of our home.

Given I was selling the first home I ever purchased and a previous experience with another agent in the area was horrendous, I could not recommend Lachie and the Laing and Simmons team highly enough. Lachie turned the selling experience around for me and made the whole process stress free, seamless, and he even managed to produce a dream result in the space of 3 days. From the support, communication, dedication, and overall professionalism to say I was impressed would be an understatement. If anyone in the Armidale region is looking at selling don’t waste your time on other agents Lachie is your guy, and the Armidale regional specialist!

I have had 25 years experience in buying and selling property, and I feel that Daniel is at the top of his game. With professional, courteous up to date information and advice. I never had to chase Dan for information and he was constantly keeping me informed and up to date. I can say that the sale was one of the most difficult that I have had to handle: with multiple buyers not being able to get finance, pest and building issues. Dan professionally managed the sale and we got a great result.
