Lachie is a very energetic and committed agent. He provided a clear strategy for sale and then followed through on this to the letter. He regularly communicated with us about developments and results as they came in. We put our house on the market shortly after the period of lockdown in NSW was lifted. Lachie's feedback about market conditions was accurate and he was flexible in what was an overall rapidly changing environment. Importantly, he did 'gild the lilly' but, rather, gave us accurate information about the real estate sector in the Armidale area and showed how it was different to the conditions experienced in the capital cities. Finally, his team were equally professional and energetic, and we found that we got clear communication from everyone involved.
