Frazer is a quiet achiever; he is not pushy just consistent. It took a while to convince me to give him my property to sell, it was about 2 weeks before I had my first offer and 6 weeks to sold in a very slow market. If you want an agent that quietly gets to work without hassle, Frazer is your agent.

Lachie first gained our trust a couple of years ago when he advised us not to sell! It wasn't a great time in the local market, he explained why, and we ended up reducing the asking rent a bit and securing a long-term tenant instead. Fast forward to today and he's given us spot-on, candid advice again we've been able to action. His knowledge of the market, relationships and network meant we've been able to sell off-market for a great price and no hassles or marketing expenses. Really grateful for his team's exceptional communication and friendly, timely, professional approach. He's kept us in the loop every step of the way and worked really hard to get the best outcome. Can't rate him highly enough.

I entrusted my home of 26 years to Lachie, Bella and the team, and I am incredibly grateful for their support and guidance throughout the entire journey. From the beginning, they had a thorough understanding of the market, provided practical and thoughtful advice on preparing my home for the market, and showed genuine patience and understanding as I worked through the emotional and logistical process of downsizing my belongings. I never felt pressured—only supported. I particularly appreciated the strong communication they established. I was kept well informed, with personal calls after every inspection and clear, consistent weekly updates and metrics that helped me understand how the campaign was progressing. The team’s tenacity and resilience really stood out. Their commitment to ensuring my home was well marketed—through ongoing open homes, diligent follow-up with enquiries, and a clear understanding of my expectations—gave me great confidence every step of the way. Thank you for guiding me through this important transition and for achieving the result I had hoped for. I would highly recommend Lachie, Bella and the team to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional real estate experience.
