I wish to sincerely thank you, Jeremy and the rest of your team for your truly excellent work in selling my apartment. Your advice on the whole sale process, including marketing and presentation, was very sound in every respect. Your assistance in having some minor but important renovations done and in the cleaning, furnishing and presentation of the apartment was first class. Because of your energetic marketing the apartment was full to overflowing on the auction day last Saturday and we had at least 8 real, registered bidders. Your choice of auctioneer was also spot on. He did the best job I have seen in extracting the best bids from all present. The sale price achieved was at the top of the price range I expected and, I think, at the top of the market. I appreciated very much the way you kept me fully informed on all aspects of the sales campaign and your very helpful and friendly style. I would thoroughly recommend you to any prospective vendor. Having also let out the apartment through your office, I would also thoroughly recommend you and Jeremy as managing agents.
