They aren’t all very nice people at the agency but somewhat confusing as the receptionist gives you rather different information as to the property manager and then it is hard to know who to actually believe is giving you the correct information. Some of the staff need to be retrained or everybody needs to get onto the same Train to make sure they give the tenants or clients the same information. The reason that I have only given only a rating of 3 out of 5 is because there is considerable room for improvement.
