Malak is wonderful! As a first property renter, I was unexperienced about the process. Malak helped me through all the transitions and proceedings smoothly by guiding me through all the steps with plenty of support and information. She is also accommodating and friendly. I had some issues moving in quickly, so she took the initiative to communicate with the owner and her other colleagues to make my move-in date as per my schedule. I 100% recommend Malak. Before the management of Belinda and SAA were good but new place MALAK is rude.
Malak is rude whenever I try to reach out to her.Malak needs more training in terms of communication. Yalonda property MANAGER is VERY GOOD in terms of response.
