Very Good! Fatima is a gem!
Fatima is very professional and has helped me throughout the entire process. she was very helpful and patient was able to accommodate my concerns. Outside Fatima’s hands, I wish the landlord can get rid of that big dog smell surrounding the house…& hope you can continue to be the voice of your tenants within reason and experience a good living environment. Other than that I’m pretty pleased with laing & Simmons Blacktown.

Rosa and the team at Laing+Simmons Blacktown have been great at getting tenants onboard for our investment property in Prospect. Rosa is super energetic and easy to deal with, and she really knows how to get things moving. She was especially helpful with organising trade quotes for pre-letting fixes around the house and handling the applications quickly and smoothly.
