It's wasn't the easiest house to sell due to age of the building, tenant issues and low expectations but Andrew did all he could to get a sale and we were happy with the result.

Since, the start of the buying process, Andrew was able to facilitate everything I needed. He organised any extra inspections I needed, he met with me on a number of occasions to go over things because he knew I was in a hurry.
