I sought out David from Laing & Simmons Campsie after reviewing his recently sold properties in the area. I focused on a couple of his recent comparable sales and saw that he was able to secure very fair prices for these, in an area that had a very large range of final sold prices. David was very thorough with his marketing campaign, down to the best time of day for the inspection times and recommended go to market price for the property. His extensive network saw many groups visit during the inspections, multiple contracts out and eventually 3 offers all above my target sales price. David had great communication and provided constant updates while also assisting to align my requests and desires as a vendor with the clients requirements as a purchaser.
