Couldn't have hoped for a more positive experience!

We saw several agents and chose Dean because of his obvious experience in the industry. He communicated in a clam and respectful manner. We felt we could trust both Dean and Dora and hoped that potential buyers would too. Throughout the experience Dean gave excellent advice. He was meticulous, detailed and always kept us in the loop. We were very happy with the campaign as a whole - marketing, photography and styling. Dean made what is often a stressful experience straight-forward. All in all, we couldn't have hoped for a more positive experience.

Above our expectations!

Dean was a pleasure to deal with. This was a first property purchase we helped out daughter with and she was more than happy with the advice and help from Dean. The purchase was straightforward and he was very open with information she needed to make her final decision. Dean is very professional while being approachable. All queries answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble for him.

A seamless experience from start to finish

Dean Applegate appraised our needs and quickly developed a marketing plan for our property. He presented plenty of evidence to support a sale price guide. There was no nonsense and quick action to call in appropriate potential buyers from his network who were looking for a specific opportunity. Meanwhile the listing was set up on-line and with a street sign, purely as backup. Despite the rapidly cooling market Dean attracted plenty of inspections and was able to negotiate a sale price that was entirely consistent with his initial estimate. Within 2 weeks there was an outcome with a satisfied seller and a buyer keen to sign a contract. Dean informed us of every step, looked after a raft of background issues, liaised with our solicitor, drove around town to get documents signed off and we felt connected throughout the process. Our situation involved a health crisis and we were fortunate to find an agent who empathised and put in the extra effort to obtain the best possible outcome for all parties, with minimum fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending Dean Applegate.
