Exceptional dedication to achieve sale under enforced CV19 restrictions and market change
Dean utilised his professional knowledge and skills as 2 weeks into the marketing campaign for sale of unit via Auction system, CV19 restrictions were imposed by Government. Dean consulted with me at all times and a new strategy to sell was determined and a sale; ultimately achieved. I was so pleased with the result under those conditions coupled with a market change that occurred. Highly recommend Dean Efrossynis and Tass Evgenlou.
