George sold our duplex within 2 weeks of advertising, for a price as per current market, without the need for property styling. He gave one on one attention to the sales campaign and is good at attracting buyers from multi-cultural backgrounds. The previous agent had not been able to sell the property (with styling furniture worth $5k) after 4 months of advertising. We met George at another auction, where he had gathered genuine buyers and sold the property easily. For our property, he did not quote an unrealistically high sale price to win our business, but instead provided an honest view of what to expect. We had great expectations of George and he did not disappoint us. He sold our property prior to auction. George's communication is professional, polite and honest. Whenever there were inspections either by appointment or open homes, he would ring us and give us a detailed appraisal of the inspections. He would never be annoyed if you called or emailed him with questions or clarifications. If you are selling your property, we would highly recommend George Lattouf.
