I have had a number of rental properties, with different agencies, both in the Shire and Inner West. I cannot fault the property management, including dealing with repairs, minor disasters and the way in which they put the wellbeing of both the tenants and myself. That is not always an easy balance, but the long term rentals of this property (2 residences sharing a driveway) prove their point. They are excellent at consultation, selecting quality tenants and review of market rentals. They have dealt with the change in ownership status and related issues with sensitivity and thoroughness.

Stephen Green came to see our house after I initiated contact. I did have some knowledge of the area and what to expect. I was very happy with his introduction and presentation. He gave me advice and was very intuitive with my questions. Not only did he correctly pinpoint our rental potential but also the time it would take to find tenants. All the little jobs around the house I wanted, to make the home safe, and well presented, he helped me with. Thoroughly happy.
