Michael got a great result given the market, timing and property for sale. I saw him use his negotiation skills to get what I believe was the maximum value for my property. He had challenges to overcome, like the limited number of buyers, difficult market conditions and the features of the property. 1. Open house and inspections were extremely thorough. Michael was very knowledgeable and more importantly super flexible in accommodating our weird hours with a 6 month old bub. 2. The negotiation process was professional as well. They didn't make promises they couldn't keep and honoured those that they did. 3.
