Fantastic Result
Peter was always available and helpful in answering any questions. He made selling our property an easy process. He provided updates every week and kept us informed of all potential buyers interest and feedback. Peter did an excellent job of managing the challenges of putting a ‘rented’ property on the market and he also successfully kept buyers interested whilst Sydney were facing strict Covid restrictions. The property sold during a Sydney Covid lockdown. We are very happy with the service we received from Peter …. it was a fantastic outcome !

A most satisfactory experience
As we were satisfied with the service of Michelle Green in late 2010 when we bought our apartment in Miranda, we contacted Laing & Simmons Miranda when we came to sell. This time we dealt with Peter Green. He was patient and helpful all through the process and reported to us after each inspection. When the buyer appeared he achieved the price we wanted. We would certainly recommend the services of Peter and Michelle to anyone buying or selling in this area.

Purchase of a unit in Miranda
We found Peter very friendly and informative to all prospective buyers at the open house we attended. Peter gave us a brochure on the unit and this was well laid out giving all the information to buyers showing improvements, inclusions, reason for sale, year built. Advised steps to follow when purchasing, submitting an offer, notification of involved groups (solicitor, conveyancer, bank or financial institution). Once our offer was accepted Peter advised us of what we had to do to secure the property and begin the settlement process. Kept us in the communication loop during the purchase. Gave us sales data re properties sold at Miranda to help make a decision.

Reliable, compassionate, great listener and understanding!
Buying through Michael was great! He was refreshingly upfront about price, strata, happy to organise a second inspection and answer all my questions. Throughout the purchase, his communication was quick - texts and calls responded to within the hour if not immediately. Michael seems pretty spot on with his market knowledge and prices, I do highly recommend him. I could not be happier with the overall experience.
