I've frankly never had such an open and honest experience with an agent. Maddy worked hard with the landlord to prepare our new property with only days to spare, making our already transition a much easier one. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because numerous items on the 'prior condition report' were not noted correctly - and while I don't expect any intended malice; once bitten, twice shy.
