My experience was very disappointing. The apartment was uncleaned when I inspected it. The agent promised 8 repairs within one week, including the blinds, dish washing machine, and stove. Before move-in, I emailed to confirm the repairs were done, no response. I called twice and couldn't reach the agent and talk to her directly. On move-in day, the place smelled of damp and rot because windows and doors were closed after carpet cleaning, so I couldn't move in. The condition report is shockingly inaccurate, it lists the dish washer as "good condition," though the agent admitted it needed repair. To this day, I still don't know when the repairs will be completed. Poor communication, broken promises, and unprofessional service. Very disappointing. Tenants deserve honest condition reports, completed repairs as promised, and agents who answer their emails and phone calls and treat them with respect. None of that was delivered in my case. No apology, no further feedabck, nothing and this is day 3 after moving in. If you are considering renting a property managed by this agency, I would strongly encourage you to get all repair commitments in writing, document the true condition of the property yourself with photos on move-in day, and keep a record of every communication. I trusted the process because of a great experience I once had with a gentle whose name I cannot remember, this this time is was the direct opposite of the initial service I received.
