Communication could have been better re potential tenants especially when told had a tenant internally. Only to be told a week later they decided to stay cost me a week's worth of potential rent!

Staff ( Fanar and Maddie ) helped me to utilize computer systems required in order for me to Pay Rental Bond. We ( Tenants) were also enabled us to sign a hard Copy ( Paper ) Lease which was more convenient for us than signing electronically.

the agency was professional and secured a tenant successfully with good market knowledge and negotiation skills. Communication was generally polite, but more flexibility in property viewings would be appreciated, as 15-minute slots can be tight if someone is delayed by traffic etc. Allowing slightly longer or more flexible viewing times would improve the overall experience.
