The fact that we had seen Basel was active in the area a decade previously when we lived in the area indicates that he has been in the game for a while. As a first-time seller, we found Basel is honest, trustworthy and not afraid to express his opinions. He is very approachable and his responses are prompt. He kept us well informed at every step of the process and this was not just before or during the sales campaign, but even after the sale was completed – i.e. he still reached out to understand how we are progressing and to remind us to keep the yard tidy due to the security risk. We are certainly grateful for the sale's outcome. Again, Basel’s local knowledge enabled buyer interest, a quick sale and a good price. Before we were even aware, we got a phone call and told our house was sold hours after the first inspection. I feel the process was easier than me trying to sell things on Gumtree. After Meeting Jack over 10 Years ago, when we first listed our rental property with Laing & Simmons, he has showed nothing but courtesy and professionalism, towards us. They presented all offers to us from a stream of buyers before the first open house, of which we decided was a bit early and wait for the actual advertised open day. So glad we did, Jack and the team brought excitement and fun on the day, with vibrant upbeat approach, (and Basel’s Music) Which left us with more offers than we could ever have expected In turn we sold our property for a 'street record' and for that I can only thank everyone involved. Basel took the lead to sell my property. I entrusted him to sell my property from my previous dealing experience with him as purchaser of the same property. Basel neither exaggerate the quality of the property to the purchaser nor he gives unreasonable hope to the seller. He was reasonable in dealing. I observed him being honest to both seller and buyer. He had up-to-date knowledge on the local property market. I think he has good marketing technique. Basel posseses excellent communication skills. I was informed all relevant information well ahead. He was also prompt to reply any query. I would love to recommend Basel as preferred real estate agent (buying/ selling/ renting). All the best.
