Jack was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From the preparation of the property for listing, the Open House process through to the negotiations that led to the sucessful, and quick, sale Jack was wonderful. I initially was quite stressed about the sale, but Jack's knowledge and methodical approach allieviated that, and made the whole matter so much easier. I would recommend Jack to anyone wishing to sell a property, and sell it efficiently, for the right price and with the minimum of bother. Note that this was the second property that Jack has handled for my Family. If the opportunity presents itself again, I most certainly will be using Jack. David.

I chose Basel to sell my unit from what I had seen as successful sales on the internet. Basel was prompt, well informed and prepared. He did not give me some big sales pitch, rather facts that convinced me he could get my price. He organised a brilliant advertising campaign, with pictures that made my unit look fantastic and within 48 hours he had 2 offers, one of which I accepted. Through no fault of Basel’s, the sale fell through at the last minute. Immediately back on the job, Basel reassured me he would get it sold and although being Christmas, he found me another buyer. I would recommend Basel without hesitation and I thank him for the exceptional job he done.
