Great Agent
Jude sold our property within the first 2 weeks on the market. Her knowledge and assistance in preparing our property for sale was exceptional, she went beyond and above to help us and it showed with such a quick result. Jude always listened to what we needed and met our needs. We still say hi to Jude to this day as she is a very genuine person who will only have your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her should you require an agent on the Northern Beaches.

Trent was amazing!
Trent was so knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the sale of my parents house. Even in these crazy times of Covid-19 the sale went ahead so smoothly. We purchased our home nine years ago through Trent and he was our only choice when it came time to sell my parents family home. Such wonderful service from Trent, we wouldn't go anywhere else to buy or sell in the future. We can't thank him enough.

Trent has great communication skills, his professionalism & market knowledge is of the highest order. Trent kept in good contact with me all along the process from the first meeting until the sale (& still going). He knows the market well, which was especially helpful during this Covid lockdown period when my property was sold. He sold my property in one week for more than I expected and I was kept updated every day during this process. The biggest decision of our lives handled magnificently and with compassion by Trent.
I had no hesitation in asking Trent to act as our agent. From the very first discussion about what was possibly the biggest decision we have made in 30 years I immediately trusted Trent and he acted with integrity the whole time. He treated us and our beloved home with the utmost respect. I felt he went above and beyond to help find the right buyer. He was so communicative and answered all my calls and questions ( and there were a lot!!) with patience and understanding. It is a roller coaster selling a family home you love, where you raised your family and I am happy we had Trent to help us through that period and keep me on even keel. A true professional.
On our first introduction to Greg we really liked him. He proved to be professional, honest, reliable, realistic, enthusiastic and he kept us informed at all times. He was an excellent communicator dealing with us and our son, as we are elderly and he made it so easy. Greg was also very considerate of our tenants, which we appreciated. There were no missteps throughout the whole process.
