We cant speak highly enough about Chris! He's a great communicator, providing regular updates by phone calls and text . He always followed through on everything he said would do, often going the extra mile. He even helped us move some heavy pieces of furniture into storage. Super positive and optimistic, but at the same time it never felt like Chris was pumping us up with what he thought we wanted to hear. He acknowledges the realities of the situation and manages your expectations. That being said, he's a strong negotiator and he helped us achieve our target price. From the first meeting, he said he would help sell our house, but he would also help us buy our new house, and sure enough that's what he delivered too. He gave us insights on properties we were interested in, and he helped negotiate the purchase of our new home. Chris goes above and beyond for you.
