Exciting times

As a buyer Chris was great to work with, Good knowledge of the home and able to answer our questions and with a depth, care and interest we didnt encounter with many agents. The added fun and Chris and the team brought to the auction and post celebrations was a terrific touch that made for a surprising and enjoyable post celebration. You'll have to attend one of Chris auctions to find out the details. Good luck with your search.

Extremely professional agent

I engaged Chris Gamarra to sell my home after being referred to him through a good friend who had recently sold with him. My property had been our family home for 48 years and had great sentimental value for me. I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and think of myself as a very discerning judge of agents. At our first meeting, Chris immediately revealed professional qualities which I was seeking. His area and current market knowledge was in the superior category. He was able to convincingly demonstrate through previous sales and a logical approach, how he had arrived at the projected value of my home, which was somewhat higher than I had anticipated. Many agents are well known for "buying the listing" by deliberately quoting a higher selling price than they can actually achieve. This was certainly not the case with Chris. I was not a believer in styling, however again, Chris was able to convince me that it would be in my best interests to do so. I chose my own stylist and Chris worked with them enthusiastically to produce a wonderful natural effect. I live on the South Coast of NSW. Chris remained in close contact with me from the moment I gave the property to him until auction day. He always returned my calls promptly if unable to pick up. One day while I was preparing the property for sale, he was on a lightning ski trip to Thredbo. On that day I spoke with him three times to discuss various aspects of my preparation!! After a very successful auction with many people present, I was overcome with emotion. Chris, knowing my long history with the home and realizing the unique significance to me of the sale, comforted me the way a good friend would, with sensitivity and real care. I will always remember him for this. Chris has a lot of energy, a lot of enthusiasm and outstanding attention to detail. His backup staff in the office were a pleasure to deal with and extremely reliable. I recommend Chris without reservation. Grant Miller
