Apart from a two year stint working in Canada, Paul has lived his entire life in, or near, Narrabeen.
Growing up in Elanora Heights, Paul attended school at St Luke’s Grammar, Dee Why – in fact he caught the school bus daily, just 50 metres from where Raine & Horne Narrabeen is located – at 1318 Pittwater Road, Narrabeen.
Apart from being one of Sydney’s most admired beachside suburbs, Narrabeen is also an extremely versatile real estate market. Real estate is in Paul’s DNA
Apart from his enthusiasm for all things Narrabeen, Paul is passionate about real estate as an investment and a career.
He first caught the bug for real estate from his father, who acquired a number of property investments.
Before establishing Raine & Horne Narrabeen, Paul cut his teeth in the business of real estate with some of the industry’s biggest brands, working primarily in the highly competitive property management markets of Sydney’s Northern Beaches and the Upper North Shore.
His experience working in a wide range of real estate markets, coupled with the support of Superbrand Raine & Horne, enables Paul the ability to deliver the highest level of customer service and real estate advice to his diverse portfolio of sales and property management clients.
A commitment to the Narrabeen community
The seed for Raine & Horne Narrabeen was planted in Paul’s entrepreneurial brain while working for an agency located on the North Shore, which purchased a number of rent rolls. Paul was subsequently tasked with bedding down the acquisitions in 2009.
After successfully managing the rent roll acquisition for his former employer, Paul began thinking about starting his own business. Raine & Horne Narrabeen was established soon after.
Paul who has been recognised by Superbrand Raine & Horne as one of its leading property managers was inducted into the pretigeuos 'Chairmans Club' within 12 months of bursting into the market. Paul also holds a full real estate licence, which enables him to provide advice to those buying, selling, investing or renting a home in Narrabeen.
