Great advice and management of sales process
Michael was also involved in the sale of the same property when we purchased it. He provided regular advice and market information that allowed us to make important decisions around renovations, renting and sale of the property. He managed the sales process well for us and we would not hesitate recommending him to anyone.

From the moment that Luke entered our property, he was easy to engage with and very knowledgeable about the current market. So this made our decision very easy to go with Laing & Simmons.He was very professional and made the sale about US and what we needed for this to happen. Our sale wouldn’t have been an easy one...with the current situation of the Corona Virus, Luke pushed through these obstacles to make this sale happen within the first week of the house going to market. Honest and reliable.
I initially bought “off the plan” with Luke and I was very happy with my purchase. That unfortunately didn’t go according to plan, however, due to Luke’s efforts, there was no financial penalty to myself in that transaction. Then, by chance, I found another property and it was with Luke again, so I was very pleased to be buying from him again. Very upfront, a good communicator and keeps you informed every step of the way. A good operator, highly recommended.
